Reintegration
The priority of Odanadi is to assist survivors of trafficking to reintegrate the mainstream society. For that reason, odanadi put a lot of effort in providing training in various skills that vould enable survivors of trafficking to set up enterprises and micro project.
On going projects
Paper bags:
The projects start 3 years ago. This project is particulary interested because it allies environmental awareness (especially in India where the use of plastic is widely spread) and empowerement of the girls. This project still need sustainability but regular orders are already made by shops in Mysore
Mannavi Beauty Parlour:
Manjula and Padma are trained beauticians. They opened a successful beauty parlour in Mysore not far from the Prayoga Patha.
Mannavi taxi:
Geeth, Selvi, Kajol and Usha set up Mannavi taxi under the guidance of Odanadi and with a loan of Rs. 1 lakh from the International Organisation for Migrants. Mannavi taxi exclusively ferries children and women.
